Standard Ground Shipping Rates
- we incorporate UPS shipping rates in the totals while in the shopping cart. there are choices there to choose from and you may chose what best meets your needs
- Premium and Express Shipping Rates will be calculated based on the type of service
and shipping address zip code entered on the “Shipping Method” page and the product weight. *These rates do not apply to orders shipping to Alaska,
- Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, the Virgin Islands
and orders shipped outside the United States. Please call Customer Service for shipping rates to these

Sales TaxOverweight Items
Sales tax is applied to shipping charges in certain states.
Items Marked “Overweight Item” ship via truck freight line and are subject to an additional freight charge per overweight item as shown on the applicable product page.
Customers are responsible for all lift gate charges when shipped by truck line.
Order Processing Time
Most orders will be processed and leave our warehouses within 1-2 business days from the time your order is placed. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be
processed on Monday. Any out of stock item that is under $10.00 will be cancelled from your order and will need to be reordered at a later time.
Velocity Haus Engineering uses FedEx Smart Post, FedEx Ground, FedExEconomy, FedEx Next Day Air, FedEx Home Delivery or truck freight line to ship your orders to you.
Velocity Haus Engineering makes every effort to ship items the next business day if ordered by 4pm PST. If authorization is delayed in order to confirm payment or prevent
fraud, Velocity Haus Engineering reserves the right to delay shipments, but every effort will be made to ship at the soonest possible time. Delivery times are expected, not
guaranteed. Most non-overweight orders will arrive within the following time periods after they leave our warehouses*:
Standard Ground: 5 - 14 business days
Express: 2 business days
Premium: 1 business day
Overweight Item Shipping
Overweight items are shipped via Truck Freight Line and usually take between 1-2 weeks* to be delivered. *Estimated arrival dates are not guaranteed.
Weather delays and other circumstances may impact delivery time. Deliveries to Alaska, Hawaii, PO boxes, APO, FPO, rural areas, and Puerto Rico, Guam,
or the Virgin Islands will take longer.

Returns & Replacements
Errors in shipping occasionally happen. If we send the incorrect item, we'll be happy to exchange it,
and refund your cost of return shipping. If we send what you ordered and it turns out to be incorrect,
we will be happy to exchange it. The part must be returned, unused and in the original undamaged packaging,
for exchange, credit or refund. A $20.00 charge will be applied for repackaging.
Return Goods Authorization is required. Call for RGA number. Have your invoice available,
as the invoice number is required.
Refund or exchange is available only up to 10 days from date of purchase without restocking charge.
A copy of the original invoice with the RGA number must be enclosed with the returned item.
There will be no restocking charge if the error is ours, and the return is made within 10 days of purchase.
On all other returns a 20% restocking charge will apply. After 10 days, the restocking fee will apply to all returns.
Any merchandise held over 30 days may not be returned.
Special orders may not be returned for refund.
Used parts may not be returned for refund.
If you are shipping your return to us, we strongly suggest that you use traceable United Parcel Ground Service from your nearest staffed UPS facility.
All returns must be sent prepaid-no collect shipments will be accepted. Insure the returned part for its full value to protect yourself against loss.
Parts returned beyond 10 days from the date of purchase are subject to a restocking fee.

Orders may be entered by phone, e-mail, letter or from our Website. Please order by part number, as this will ensure correct shipment.
Note that in many cases a cross-reference is provided to show both our part number and the manufacturer's part number. If the part number is
not available, we can usually identify the part from your description and send the correct part. However, we can assume no
responsibility for correctness unless ordering by part number
We accept VISA or MasterCard for payment of all orders.
C.O.D. Orders can be shipped C.O.D., The fee for C.O.D. is $8.00.
Non-USA customers should use VISA or Master card if possible, as the exchange is automatically
computed at the most favorable rate. Payment may be made by bank draft or money orders in U.S. dollars.

- Velocityhaus makes every effort to keep stock and pricing correct on our web site, if inadvertant errors are made we reserve the right to correct
pricing and stock available information. Occasionally we may run sales or promototions these maybe ended or extended at our desgression.
Prices paid at the time of sale are final and no adjustments will be made unless Velocityhaus Engineering extends this as a
courtesy at our desgression.

Racing imposes extreme stress on all components involved, and the installation and preparation of
racing parts is beyond the control of Velocityhaus Engineering, Inc. There is no warranty of any sort,
express or implied, on any parts or products, supplies, or services sold by Velocityhaus Engineering.
If you are not satisfied with an item purchased from Velocityhaus Engineering, please let us know and
we will do everything possible to make it right. We value your trust and confidence.
Velocityhuas Engineering's liability for losses or damages, arising out of any cause whatsoever, is limited to full refund of the purchase
price, or at our option, repair or replacement of the part(s). Velocityhuas Engineering shall not be liable for any consequential or incidental
